Casey Ward
Studio Director, CYT 200, Barre, Group X & Yoga Sculpt Certified
Casey is a Kansas native who discovered her love for Barre while looking for low impact ways to gain mobility in her hips after years of running and weight lifting began leaving her stiff and sore. Finding her place at the barre has allowed her not only to find that extra mobility and flexibility, but has given her a passion to help others do the same through high energy low impact work. This passion led her to complete her Barre Intensity Training in the fall of 2019, Yoga Sculpt Training in 2021 and complete her 200 Yoga Teacher Training in the spring of 2023. Outside the studio, Casey owns two creative businesses, spends her free hours at the konza prairie, and is mom to a fiery and vivacious daughter named Harper. She is a huge supporter of women owned business, shopping local, dance parties, used bookstores, hot coffee and Labrador retrievers.
