At Orange Sky, we want to make yoga accessible for everyone and create a supportive environment that fosters growth physically, mentally and spiritually in all levels! Whether you are a beginner looking to start a yoga practice or a seasoned practitioner looking for something more challenging... we have a class for you!
Morning Yoga
Wake up and start your day by stretching and moving in this all levels flow. Similar to that of a mixed flow, this class will focus on different parts of the body to build strength and flexibility.
Evening Yoga
Wind down your day with this slow and stretchy 45 minute class. All levels are welcome. This class is designed to focus on breathing and relaxing while you move through a mindful, vinyasa-style flow.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deeply healing, transformational practice with profound benefits that range from the physiological to the spiritual. A long, guided relaxation, it allows the body and mind to access pure rest. On a deeper level, it is a practice in releasing problem solving, daily stresses and finding peace in the truest sense of self. Nidra welcomes us home to effortless bliss and loving freedom. If you suffer from insomnia, chronic stress, or just need some relaxation in your life, then this monthly class is perfect for you!
Yoga Sculpt
A heated class, Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and bursts of cardio. Yoga Sculpt is a great compliment to your regular yoga practice.
Gentle Yoga
A slower paced class focused on mindfulness and stretching. Working on the essential principles of proper alignment for a safe and smart yoga practice. Modifications and supported poses are offered during this 60 minute class.
Hot Power Yoga
Come sweat it out in this dynamic, vinyasa-based class movement. This heated class (90-95ºF) will require strength and deep breathing. This yoga flow is meant to be vigorous and challenge your existing practice. It is recommended to already have a regular practice before taking this class, but modifications will be offered. A yoga towel is recommended for this class.
Mindful Yoga
When it comes to mindfulness, this entails being aware on multiple levels within the body, such as mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. In Mindful Yoga, the goal is to flow with more awareness. You will leave this 45 minute practice feeling more focused and connected with your mind and body!
Restore and Renew
A cozy class full of stretching and time for relaxation. The room will be slightly heated to ensure participants are comfortable. Grab a bolster or blanket from our prop area to aid in full relaxation.
Hot Yoga
A 60 minute minute yoga flow in a heated room (90-95ºF). This is an all-levels class that is invigorating to get your body moving, your breath flowing, and your mind feeling SO good. A yoga towel is recommended for this class.
Hot Strong Flow
A heated class (90-95ºF) focused on finding your fire inside. This class will incorporate a vinyasa-style flow, with an emphasis on holding poses to build strength and power. This 60-min yoga flow is meant to be vigorous and challenge your existing practice. Be prepared to sweat, breathe, and leave feeling your inner light GLOW!
Flow & Go
This all-levels yoga class is meant for anyone. Whether you are short on time but want to get some movement in or just want to squeeze in some yoga on your lunch break this is the class for you. In just 45 minutes you’ll leave re-energized and ready for the rest of your day!
Flow45
A faster paced 45 minute yoga flow. This is a heated class that is invigorating to get your body moving, your breath flowing, and your mind feeling SO good. A yoga towel is recommended for this class.
Power Fusion Flow
A total body workout combining the sequence of power vinyasa yoga with the added challenge of light weights, cardio and plyometric segments. These classes are just the right amount of intense to get you fired-up so you can dig deep. Be ready to get sweaty.
